2Using This Site
You may browse this site and submit the waitlist form to request early access. You agree not to use the site to submit false contact information, to attempt to access it in a way not intended by its ordinary interface, or to interfere with its normal operation.
3The Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is a request to be contacted about early access. It is not a purchase, a contract for service, or a guarantee that you will receive access on any particular timeline. We may prioritize or decline requests at our discretion.
4Intellectual Property
The kibbu name, logo, and the content of this site belong to kibbu. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from this site's content without our written permission.
5No Warranty
This site, including the figures produced by the estimate tool, is provided as is. The estimate tool produces an estimate, not a quote, and its assumptions are stated on the page it appears on. We make no warranty that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any figure on it will match your actual results.
6Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, kibbu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything it says.
7Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
